Belt Cutter

This special cutter, with safety in mind will cut through webbing and seat belts. It is a one piece safety knife; there is no blade to fold out. It comes in its own nylon pouch with Velcro fastenings. It comes with a spare blade in the handle, also has a lanyard so it can be clipped to a belt or placed over a hook. Overall 21 cm. Weight 38 g
